Kimberly Bulger is a senior marketing strategist and fractional marketing leader with 25 years of experience helping organizations clarify their positioning, sharpen their messaging, and drive stronger results. She brings a big-picture perspective that connects organizational goals with audience pain points, translating strategy into marketing that performs. Her expertise spans marketing strategy and assessments, branding and positioning, value proposition and messaging, thought leadership, and campaign strategy. Previously a partner at a branding agency and CMO at a digital marketing agency, Kim has also taught marketing strategy and digital marketing at Johns Hopkins and Georgetown University.
